	Acacia boormanii	snowy river wattle	A rounded bushy shrub growing to 4m in height and 3m in width. Profuse golden-yellow ball-shaped flowers are produced in spring. Grey-green phyllodes are long and narrow. A spectacular plant when in flower.
	Acacia fimbriata	fringed wattle, Brisbane golden wattle.	Variable in form from a bushy shrub to a small tree. The dark green to grey-green linear phyllodes are fringed with fine hairs. Cluster of perfumed ball-shaped flowers occur in late winter and spring.
	Acacia floribunda	white sallow wattle, gossamer wattle	A tall dense shrub or small tree growing to a height of 6m. Long narrrow dark green phyllodes to 15cm long, often slightly curved. Abundant pale yellow ball-shaped flowers in winter and spring.
	Acacia longifolia var. sophorae	coast wattle	Variable in form from a small upright tree to 5m in height, to a dense spreading shrub to 4m in width. The latter is typical when grown in coastal conditions. Light green phyllodes grow to 15cm in length and the flowers are golden yellow rods in spring
	Banksia 'Giant Candles'	banksia 'Giant Candles'	A hybrid of Banksia spiulosa and Banksia ericifolia. It is distinctive for its large orange flower spikes to 40cm in length. A dense shrub growing to 4.5m tall and a similar width branching near to ground level.
	Banksia ericifolia	heath banksia	A dense bushy shrub growing to 5m in height and 4m in width. Narrow linear leaves to 2cm in length and large yellow-orange cylindrical flower spikes to 30cm.
	Callistemon 'Kings Park Special'	callistemon 'Kings Park Special'	A hybrid callistemon of unknown origins. A dense, bushy large shrub or small tree growing to 5m in hight and 4m in width. Bright red flower spikes to 13cm long from Spring through to Autumn.
	Callistemon citrinus	crimson bottlebrush	A bushy shrub or small tree growing to 6m in height. Crimson flower spikes to 12cm in length in spring , summer and autumn.
	Cassinia longifolia	shiny cassinia	A medium to large shrub capable of reaching 4m, but usually smaller. Dense clusters of small white flowers in spring, summer and autumn.
	Dodonea viscosa	hopbush	An erect, fast growing shrub occassionally growing as tall as 5m. Attractive glossy green sticky leaves and winged seed capsules on the female plants are a feature of this species.
