Tufted perennial grass with foliage to 30cm in height and open, branched seed heads.


origin	All states
cultural notes	A widespread grass which is adaptable to most soils. Grow in full sun or part shade.
maintenance	cut back periodically.
tolerates	Drought and frost tolerant, adaptable to most soils.
flowering season	September to April, or in response to rain.
flower colour	Olive green to grey.
foliage colour	Bright green. Slender, flat leaves with smooth margins. Leaves are up to 80mm in length.
width	up to 0.2m
height	up to 0.6m
plant spacing	50cm apart
recommended uses	A decorative grass often used in rockeries. Is most attractive when well watered. Can be used as a native lawn in low traffic areas.
