origin	All states, not found in Northern territory.
cultural notes	Prefers full sun to part shade in well drained soils.
maintenance	Cut back periodically.
tolerates	Frost and drought tolerant. Will resprout after fire.
flowering season	July to December, climate dependant.
flower colour	Green tinged with purple, the inflorescenses are narrow dense and fluffy.
foliage colour	Flat dark green leaves to 20cm.
width	up to 0.3m
height	up to 1.2m
plant spacing	30cm apart
