An open multistemmed erect shrub growing to 2m in height and width. Yellow and red pea style flowers in spring and summer.

cultural notes	Prefers well drained soils in full sun or part shade.
maintenance	Responds well to a light pruning after flowering and a native plant fertilizer in spring and autumn.
tolerates	Frost tolerant.

flower colour	Dense spikes of pea style flowers, yellow and red-brown in colour.
foliage colour	Glossy dark green leaves are broad and blunt in shape and up to 5cm long.

plant spacing	50cm apart
recommended uses	Useful understory plant, particularly attractive when flowering. Improves soil by fixing nitrogen.
