An erect tussock forming perennial growing to 45cm in height. Narrow blue-green foliage and prominent branched inflorescences.


origin	All mainland Australian states.
cultural notes	Prefers heavy, well drained soils in full sun.
tolerates	Frost and drought tolerant.
flowering season	Spring and early Summer
flower colour	Between 6 and 9 purplish to black flowerspikes radiating horizontally from the stem.
foliage colour	Narrow blue-green leaves to 15cm long and 5mm wide. Rough textured.
width	up to 0.3m
height	up to 0.45m
plant spacing	20cm apart
recommended uses	Attractive in sunny rockeries.
