A rounded shrub or small tree to 8m in height and 6m in width. It has long, narrow phyllodes and pendulous branches. Creamy yellow ball-shaped flowers can are produced in spring.

cultural notes	Prefers moist, well drained soils in a partly shaded position.
tolerates	Frost tolerant.

flower colour	Creamy yellow ball-shaped flowers. Not as showy as many Acacia species. Seed pods to 10cm in length.
foliage colour	Phyllodes can vary in colour form dark green to yellow-green. They are long and narrow, growing to 10cm in length.

recommended uses	An attractive tree useful as a screen or windbreak.
